@@tagyourit, I have to drink Protein shakes a day. I can also drink calorie free drinks such as Crystal Light. I suppose to consume no more than 900 calories a day, at the most. I was excited today when my surgeon's nurse called me and asked if I wanted to have my surgery before my scheduled date of 6/24. I was so excited, thinking I may have my surgery a week or 2 early. I was given the date of 6/23 instead of 6/24! Just one day earlier. Oh well, thank GOD for the small things ???? Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

I'm open to telling whomever and don't care who knows. From my experience, a lot of people I know that has/had bariatric surgery is ashamed or afraid to tell people. This surgery will improve my health, just like any other surgery will help a medical condition. I don't care who knows I'm on a new path to getting healthy!
