5yr check up with bariatric surgeon. Now on the plastics--already approved. I'm ready.

Three days post-op and fed up of spending most of the night awake...

Only have 50 lbs to lose - gets WLS and is now eating ice cream 2 weeks post-op because it's the only thing they can keep down! WTF!

hello everyone july 28 2015 i had gastric bypass surgery and i am feeling beyond great i've have lost 126 pounds since my surgery. my one year anniversary to see my doctor is in july he want me to be weighting 135-140 pounds. i am good with the 147 pounds. i what to congratulate everyone for thier success and on thier way to success !!

My surgery is on June 3rd. I started my diet this past Friday and gosh it is so hard at times. Food has been my comfort and my friend for so long this is a challange. But I am also struggling so bad because I have been a smoker for years and having to give them up has been nearly impossilbe. Has anyone else had to give up these two things at the same time? How bad does it hurt if I cheat every couple of days and have a smoke?
