Feeling great, I can move without huffing and puffing.
The best part is that although I'm always going to be a little thicker than average (it's just who I am) I feel "normal". I'm no longer self conscious in a group. I don't stand out as the really heavy one. Best thing I've ever done for myself.

chicken. Definitely chicken. Ground turkey is a close second. Still trying to keep Protein as my #1. I don't use the shakes anymore but I do keep the Protein powder on hand just in case I feel the need. No Pasta because it's an all time favorite and I'm sure I'd keep going with it. In total I've lost 106. Some before surgery of course but most since having it done. The shakes are fine, I like the chocolate unjury but it didn't really make me feel full. The satisfaction of chewing is a factor for me.
