  1. Omg! I didn't think they'd take it off.. for some reason I thought it would be there forever. Omg the minute I am below a 30 bmi, I'm marching my ass in there to have him take it off lol! Thanks for that! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  2. Everyone who had this surgery has an eating disorder. Unless becoming obese was some rare medical condition. I'm sorry you're going through this and the rest are right, professional help is needed. You could also check out OA (over eaters anonymous). Bulimia is a real disease and it should be treated as one. I used to be good friends with a girl with Bulimia and as soon as she was done eating, she would go throw up and as soon as I was done eating, I would have a cigarette. I realized then how difficult it would be for her to stop, as it was just like my cigarette addiction. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  3. I am 10 lbs away from being considered over weight and not obese.. lol its the small things in this journey that matter! I can't wait to be over weight lol Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  4. Don't go around anyone smoking and remember in 3 short days, nicotine is out of your system Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  5. We have really similar stats. I'm only out almost 3 months so I'm at 226. How tall are you? My HW 291 SW 279 CW 226 GW 150 Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  6. You can do it!! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  7. That's a great question at 1 month out I'm only able to do 500-700 day. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App I'm almost 3 months out and I'm between 400 to 650 per day still. I've heard going above 800 during this initial weight loss can be harmful to weight loss. Idk. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  8. How are you eating 900 calories at 2 weeks? Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  9. I'm down 63 lbs. I was sleeved 3/28. HW 291 SW 279 CW 227. I'm still 74 lbs away from my goal weight which is 150. I can't believe so many ppl are so close to their goal. I'm 5'11 so I may be setting my sight too high (or low lol). I've had a few minor stalls but mostly have lost regularly. I've drank maybe 3 times. I can see that there may be a pattern with stalls happening around those times so I try to avoid it. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  10. I was just sleeved 3 months ago, along with my wife. We're good, but I've definitely changed. I don't put up with people's crap as much which has made my relationships with family, and my staff strained. It has made my staff respect me more but my family isn't quite as healthy and they are fighting against my new found voice. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  11. I'm in a stall AND I'm 9 weeks out. It's really hard for me by it so happens to be right about the weight that I've never been able to get lower than, so it freaks me out that 232 lbs is the lowest I'm capable of going. It makes me depressed and less active, which is what has happened every time I get to this weight.. I stop losing and then I gain it all back because of frustration Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App I didn't mean to capitalize "and" Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  12. We use email. They're great. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App Them, not email lol Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  13. I was also sleeved by him in March and had great care Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App March what? Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  14. So.... anything I can do or is this just a natural process? Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  15. Thank you guys. My periods have been very out of whack so it's possible I could be pms, plus I have been coockoo. I just don't want this to keep happening. I am right around the weight that I usually get to before I get to a plateau and never get smaller than this. I'm scared this is happening. I felt like the surgery would help me get past this weight and I'm sure it will, it's just a little nerve racking. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  16. I know this is an overly talked about topic but I'm 9 weeks out, this last week I lost 1.4 lbs and in the last 2 days, I gained 2 lbs. Like, really? I'm not doing anything different or crazy. I will say that along with the weight gain, I'm all of a sudden real hungry too. Help Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  17. I told my close friends and family. I've told no one at work. I said I had a laproscopic surgery for fibroids in my uterus. It's only uncomfortable when people ask how I am losing so much weight and I have to lie about it. For me, it's the right choice to keep it simple and not explain to ppl about the surgery Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  18. I was also sleeved by him in March and had great care Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  19. Im down 58 lbs from pre op diet. Im at about 500 calories a day. How many calories are you guys at? I havent hit a big stall yet
  20. If youre very dehydrated like you mentioned, that could definitely be the cause.Thank you for replying... this was the first thing i checked.. i had gone above my daily Water requirement.. and my Protein was also good. My body must have needed some carbs/sugars... cause ive had barely any since surgery 5 weeks ago... i had some today and it got rid of it... i guess i need to be little less strict with the carbs.. my body must need some Stick with complex carbs, not simple carbs!
  21. First week was certainly the worst week. It gets better
  22. Also, i dont know if its the hardest thing we ever did but more like the hardest thing were DOING still.
  23. Isnt that the truth? Still want one every day at 3 years doesnt give me a lot of hope, but the fact that youre still quit is great.
  24. Sushi is the best bc its in small items. Other than that you can do whatever and just take it home. It lasts for days!!
