You're hungry cuz you're not eating... Clear liquids have never been a meal and provide minimal nutrients. you'll feel better when you're on full liquids. also, being around all that food probably had more to do with head hunger than anything else. I have been feeling the same. I also was pmsing, so a little of it has left. without cigarettes and food, it is hard. in actuality, I don't have big stressor right now, or anything to feel bad about. so I'm not even sure what I was coping from, but I know now what I was using to cope. I had mine the 28th.. I am feeling better, I just got off Clear Liquids today so I'm happy to give up broth and jello! however, now that I added Protein shakes, It's been more difficult to get in my Water. my big incision hurts more than the others.also, I've lost about 10 lbs which is very encouraging!
