Well I don't vomit thank god!! But yes it's horrible I have a friend can't even takes 3 bites of her meal and I look like wow that be 15 bites for me!! Ugh I need help. I should really start maybe measuring my meals. But thanks going to lose it app right now

I'd recommend just measuring out your food. Then after a couple of months you'll be able to eyeball it.

I feel the same way. I know my stomach is smaller and I feel full but I sometimes still think I can eat the way I used to. Which often leads to vomiting. I've been tracking my food on loseit.com and staying under 1,000 calories a day. It calculates how much Protein you get in a day too. I am bad with measuring. I eat chocolate not much maybe once to twice a week. Maybe like 2 mini Reece cups or 2 Hershey kisses.
