So tomorrow is 3 weeks post RNY and this week I was just able to introduce yogurt, apple sauce and sf pudding. At first the yogurt seemed ok but yesterday and today I got uncomfortable after the yogurt a feeling similar to indigestion and it lasts the rest of the day. Makes me not even feel like drinking. Any idea what it could be? Should I just stay away from the yogurt?
