Hello! My name is Cassidy Roberts and I am an undergraduate psychology student at New College of Florida in Sarasota, Florida. I am conducting research for my undergraduate thesis and I would like you to take part! Below is a link to a survey that I have created with the goal of understanding bariatric patients motivations to have surgery. You must be over 18 years of age and have undergone bariatric surgery sometime in the past to participate. The length of time since your surgery does not matter. It is also necessary that you are proficient in English. Participation will take about 10-15 minutes and responses will be completely anonymous. Also, you will be compensated with either a $5 Starbucks e-gift card or a $5 Target e-gift card as a thank you for participation.
