Happy Sunday everyone! I am at the end of jumping through all the hoops the insurance requires, next up is appt for medical clearance. I have BCBS of DE Highmark. Wondering if anyone else does and about how long does it take for approval? Dr. Wynn is my surgeon. TIA

I have highmark too. It took a little more than a week, but I'm told it can vary.

I don't advertise I've had surgery but I will never lie about it either. When people ask how i do it, I tell them I had wls with a big smile on my face. I'm happy with my choice but I'm sure there are naysayers and frankly, Scarlett, I don't give a damn.

Actually, you can hope for much better results than that. The mean is the average - all participants in the study with their results, even the ones with poor results for whatever reason.
