I'm thrilled that I finally got a surgery date of 5/16....Now the countdown starts!!!

Got my foot checked out today. It hurt way worse after I tried running last night. The are worried it's the start of a stress fracture so I have to wear a boot for 2 weeks and no running.

Two weeks and two surgeries later... I am finally kidney stone free! And even without exercise or logging my foods, I managed to lose 2 pounds! There is a God!

Hello BP pals! I'm finally home from my three week vacation in San Diego. I somehow managed to lose 9 pounds while I was there, despite really relaxing and eating a lot of naughty foods (nothing too naughty!). How is everyone doing?

4 months out and 90 lbs down....my healthy bmi is only 10 pounds away I believe...but my ultimate goal is still 30 away--feeling like it is totally possible!
