It's going great. Been praying and staying focused on the ultimate goal so I haven't strayed at all on the diet. Is this normal? I drink 3 chocolate premier Protein shakes and liquids all day. Nope...I have NOT cheated AT ALL and I have no reason to believe I'm bleeding internally. I'm on day 3 of my liquid diet and it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. What's working for me right now is keeping something to drink in my hands, having sugar free Jello, and staying busy all day. By the time I'm done, I honestly don't think about eating which is a shock to me since my entire life has been controlled by food. I just pray I can stay strong on the weekends. The only "plan" I have is to take it one day at a time so I've packed my schedule for the next 2 weeks and hope being so busy will help the days go by a little smoother. My nerves are definitely setting in. I'm even having dreams. My liquid diet starts on the 4th. Mentally, I'd like to think I'm prepared for it....But I guess one can never know until it actually happens.

@@lachellove Oddly enough, they haven't given me one yet. I did mess around with a website calculation that said I should expect to be around 197 but that's a little too close to the 200 lb mark for me so I believe God for more. Although I don't have that a number, I want nothing to do with being over 200 lbs. I know I'll really feel good once I can break past that number. I've been overweight since I was 8 years old and at 200 lb by the time I reached 8th grade. That's one wall I have to break down!

I just received a call from the surgeon's office with a surgery date of April 18th. She informed me I would receive a call from finance to let me know what I need to pay out of pocket at my pre-op appointment. I hate surprises!!!
