  2. I didn't worry about too many things prior to surgery but losing too much weight was a concern of mine. I'm getting close to my goal and wondered what I am going to do different in order to stop losing. I'm never hungry, I eat because I'm suppose to and I eat until I'm full.... I have not tried anything really but meat...a little veggies and a little fruit. I know they say our hunger and cravings will eventually kick back in. I think I read between 6 months to a year...does that sound right? I'm actually setting at docs office right now for a check up...im gonna ask what approach I take to stop losing and when the heck I can have a glass of wine...lol. at this point, I would settle for a thimble full. 4. You will get there! Funny, people would ask me if I got my hair colored, or thought I looked different because I had make up on....they couldn't figure it out either. Just in the past two weeks people have been really noticing. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  5. How are all you May 24thers doing? I'm feeling so amazing!!! I bought new cloths and I cannot believe I fit in a size 7/8 jeans now. NEVER in a million years did I think that could happen! I've been getting out of the house more and enjoying life. I feel like I can carry my granddaughter all day long now. I've not introduced any carbs in my diet....so do any RNY people eat wraps yet? Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  12. Not to try to change the subject, but I'm always wondering if I'm taking all the supplements that others are recommended. I thought I would be taking more after surgery. 18. I had RNY four days after 2016 school ended and we just started back yesterday....It was pretty amazing to have the summer away from 300 Co-workers and come back with a new body!!!! I would defiantly do it again. I bought a size 8 pair of Levis yesterday....I haven't wore a size 8 for 30 years....I'm 52....started at 225, currently 165...my goal is 140 but I'm thinking 150 would be better for me. 20. I can't say that I have any regrets ( I had RNY 10 weeks ago) but it is a lot different now for me. I'm not that chatty of a person and I use to use a couple glasses of wine to loosen me up ...so I do really miss that. A few months from now I'll be able to try some wine again and I would be lying if I didn't tell you I was really excited about that. When going out to eat I'm so worried about eating the wrong thing that it does make that a little bit of a challenge too. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  21. I just sent you a email Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  22. Could it be a result of the Vitamins you're taking? I haven't experienced what your dealing with. I'm usually constipated. Let me know what your doctor says if you end up consulting him. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  23. That doesn't sound like too much food at all. I easily can eat a yogurt at one sitting. I didn't realize we could have bread, hmmm ...i mean yum my eating has been pretty boring...on the move and never really hungry. I try to have chicken or steak strips a couple times a day with a couple bites of veggies. Usually a light baby bell cheese and somewhere in the day some triple zero Greek yogurt Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
