Still so tired? I'm sad about that. I'm sure they have checked your blood work and you're still sticking to your Protein intake. Are you possibly just simply not getting to bed early enough? Do you have sleep apnea? Wait, WHAT???? 88 lbs???? That's fantastic!!! I bet your cloths are falling off. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

sugar free popsicle....I would never eat Popsicles before surgery...I just didn't care for them. Now I eat them like crazy. It's another way to get your Fluid in and also keep your mouth active Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

I'm doing great.....down 50lbs since surgery..... could be more if I would excersise but, honestly I was ok with it slowing down just a little. Bought a size 6 pair of shorts the other day and I was almost giddy walking through the store. I've started going out more and feel great!!!! I'm soooooooo happy I chose to have gastric bypass, I feel like I'm really living again. I admit, I worry how I will do a year out, 5 years out and so on..... I will have to get an excersise routine in place. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

Fyi- had my first drink of alcohol last night (3 months RNY post-op) red dry wine. Before surgery I was a wino lol. You know, it was a little disappointing.... I was expecting it to hit the spot and more. But to be honest I'm glad it didn't I don't need those extra calories Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

I didn't worry about too many things prior to surgery but losing too much weight was a concern of mine. I'm getting close to my goal and wondered what I am going to do different in order to stop losing. I'm never hungry, I eat because I'm suppose to and I eat until I'm full.... I have not tried anything really but meat...a little veggies and a little fruit. I know they say our hunger and cravings will eventually kick back in. I think I read between 6 months to a year...does that sound right? I'm actually setting at docs office right now for a check up...im gonna ask what approach I take to stop losing and when the heck I can have a glass of wine...lol. at this point, I would settle for a thimble full. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App OH, can you ask about pop corn? i keep forgetting to ask my doctor when i see her..lol I just spoke to nurse practitioner and ask her if at 3 months after having RNY I could eat raisins, nuts, sunflower seeds and popcorn and her answer was yes, none of that will harm anything.... but it's possible you won't tolerate it but it's not going to hurt. And even if you don't tolerate it well right now it doesn't mean that later in life you won't be able to Part of me agrees that people are nicer to thinner people, but then I wonder if I'm just not putting off the same Vibe as I was when I was heavy.... maybe I'm coming across more approachable more confident more willing to talk to strangers, I don't know. I was last patient. Office was closing but nurse practitioner was going to call me back with the answer but I was in Kohl's shopping when she called and could not get good enough reception to answer the phone. So apparently we weren't supposed to know the answer to that popcorn question today Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
