How long did your incisions hurt for? I'm 10 days post op and I have one incision that is still painful. I'm assuming it's the one they took my stomach out of even though it's not that much bigger than the rest. It looks ok so I'm not worried about it. Mostly curious when it might stop hurting.

Is it the one on your left?...that one hurt the longest.

No. It's on my right. About 2 inches from my belly button.

The one that hurt me was on my left side where they pulled the stomach out. It was awful. Then almost magically it totally stopped hurting about 3.5 weeks out.

Is it the widest incision? That's the only one that was ever uncomfortable for me, and it's the one they pull the removed portion of stomach through.

If there is redness, swelling, or liquid seeping from it I would check with your doc about an infection just to be sure.

No. Definitely no redness, swelling, etc. Looks totally normal, just hurts. Sounds like it's probably normal. I have my diet advancement appointment on 8/25 so I'll check with them then.
