  1. Reflux

    Hi all

Does anyone experience any kind of reflux, particularly at night time. I'm at 8ml so fairly tight although I can still eat pretty well if I'm careful. The problem I have at night is that I seem to get a build up of saliva that ends up overflowing into my windpipe and choking me. A really horrid sensation of drowning. It isn't acid reflux as only from the top part of stomach. Really reluctant to get loosened but wondered if anyone else dealing with this.
