if anyone had told me 6 months ago that I would happy with having lima beans and cottage cheese for dinner, I wouldn't have believed it. :-)

Enjoy my share! Any kind of bean---especially soybeans have sent me to the ER more times than I have fingers and toes. Thankfully not in about 10yrs. I've finally mastered the label reading thing.
You'd be surprised what those crafty devils will put soybeans into. Even my beloved tuna fish has soybeans in it. NOT FAIR!!! Anyway, getting my protein gets a wee bit more bothersome, but I don't miss what hospitalizes me. Enjoy my beans, friend. -
