Avoiding telling any friends about it. I did a drastic weight loss program and lost 65lbs and threw myself into a thyroid issue that I couldn't recover from. Now I have no thyroid and gained all back with more. So I want this to work. I don't think I ever will tell them. Just so They don't poo poo it. Feel like they will see how hard I work. So they will just be supportive. Told family to tell them I'm having Gallbladder out. will be truth!

I have my first appointment with my surgeon on March 4. Not sure what to expect but my insurance told me today that I have to do a medically supervised diet for 6 months.
