  1. Slow and steady is always good. I Stalled after two weeks. I was working out everyday and actually not getting enough calories once I played with that a little I started losing again about a pound to a pound and a half a week (average) grab a 26 pound bag of anything and walk a quarter of a mile and say only 26 pounds. I think you are doing amazing. I had to learn quickly this is my journey and not to compare to others. Just thankful I am on the journey.
