  3. Slow and steady is always good. I Stalled after two weeks. I was working out everyday and actually not getting enough calories once I played with that a little I started losing again about a pound to a pound and a half a week (average) grab a 26 pound bag of anything and walk a quarter of a mile and say only 26 pounds. I think you are doing amazing. I had to learn quickly this is my journey and not to compare to others. Just thankful I am on the journey. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  6. My surgery was 1/4/16. I have had slow and steady weight loss no major drops but the scale is going in the right direction. I accepted very quickly we all lose differently and this is my journey so not to compare it to others, I am just thankful to be on it! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
