Does anyone know how many carbs a store bought soup should have during the 5 day pouch test? My book def has a typo as it says 1 grams. I wanted to start tomorrow.

I bought the book on my nook which has more info than that link but the link is the basics. I had surgery ayear ago and have really struggled honestly. I did not jive with the nutritionist whom I felt did not offer me any real plan after surgery past the first 6 weeks. A friend who has been more successful suggested this pouch test to start again in a way.

With my job and 3 year old I had to buy some. I wish my book had the number of carb grams but I went by the amounts listed in the recipe for the soups.
