Tons of Clothes at a Good Price
I am looking for capris, pants, jeans, and shirts. Since I don't work I am looking for casual clothes. Do you have anything in 14-18 range? I am 10 months out and have lost 170 lbs. Please let me know as my budget is smaller than my style. Thanks a bunch. Sent from my LGLS675 using the BariatricPal App

Having second thoughts about waiting
If you are ready and can afford to have the surgery why wait. Come January you could be 4 months into your recovery. You could enjoy the holidays having moved forward instead of waiting(which we are all so good at. I will do this when, I will wait until after I lose ...) If you are sure of you decision and your doctors are on board, I say go for it. Sent from my LGLS675 using the BariatricPal App

Every journey begins with the first step
@ramona555 welcome. This is a wonderful journey you are starting on. I too suffer from debilitating migraine, as well as a laundry list of other chronic health problems. Exercise has become my friend. I walk daily. Sometimes I go for two walks a day. Being outside, breathing the fresh air can help change your perspective. My migraines have improved as have some of my other problem. Living an active healthy life style can do wonders for your soul. Good luck on your journey. I can't wait to follow your journey. Keeping it together..well trying
You sound very strong. My year has been much like yours. I have learned to put my faith in God or whatever higher power you believe in. I have given up control and my life has become so uncomplicated. I had surgery on September 11, 2016 to repair a ventral hernia. It was supposed to be 2 1/2 hours long. 8 1/2 hrs later after I passed on the table and was brought back. I was told by the surgeon, she also had to revise my gastric bypass. One month after surgery my husband and I became homeless. We have been staying with friends since. I have learned to be grateful for all that I have. Every morning I am so grateful to be alive. You too will get through this. If you need someone to talk to you can message me. Sent from my LGLS675 using the BariatricPal App

Well, hello collar bones.
I can relate. Mine took me by surprise yesterday. I was drying myself off after my shower and felt these weird bumps between my arms and neck.. I looked in the mirror, low and behold... collar bones. I haven't seen or felt them in so long. What a nice surprise! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

My RNY Gastric Bypass Surgery
I don't know if you have talked to your nutritionist about having high protein snacks. I eat a lot of 80 cal fit and light Greek yogurt. It has 12 grams of protein. I have found that high protein snacks can help get me through the day. I try for 3 meals and 2 snacks. Some days I don't make the 3 meals. I am working on the 75-90grams of protein. I hope this helps

Gastric bypass revision. Am I the only one?
Hi ldramafree35 I had a ventricle hernia and gastric bypass revision on 9/11/15. I had my original gastro bypass on2/15/90. The program followed me for a year. I lost 130 lbs. My problems began by getting pregnant 18 months after surgery. I had 2 children 14 months apart. I managed to keep the weight off for about 10 years. I had major problems with my gallbladder, it was removed. I had an umbilical hernia and 2 c-sections in 6 years. I had my revision done at MassGeneral. I feel so blessed to be given this second chance. My surgeon was Janey Pratt. My surgery weight was 345lbs. My current weight is 270. The surgery they are doing now is so different than what I had before. I am so happy about the support there is. I am also much more educated about the high protein low fat very low carb.
