Check out proteintreats.com it's great recipes for every stage. Also my favorite meal was a cheese bake had that a week after surgery. Ricatta parm 1 egg mozzarella cheese mix all together put a in pain layer with Tomato sauce and a mozzarella topping. Bake 20 mins at 400. Very good

I'm hearing from my niece who been through it, all we need is extension cord to charge your phone. You'll be too sleepy to even focus on tv ????

I brought a robe loose clothes for discharge slippers, phone charger, toiletries etc and a book....but I ended up sleeping and walking and not using the book haha Sent from my XT1585 using the BariatricPal App
