Okay I figured out how to search for my posts. I don't see it. I did that with my phone and my weight this morning with my phone. There must be a problem there. My starting weight was 161.8 (taken Friday 4/14/17) Goal Weight 148 Todays weight 160.8 (4/21/17)

Hmm I thought I put my weight in for today 4//21/17 160.8 Did you get my starting and goal weight?

Is it too late to start?

Has the support group helped with triggers etc? Is it online or group setting? Thanks for any information.

I just had surgery so I am not walking very far but it might still be motivating. What do you think? Also does it notify you on the fitbit or through email? Thanks by the way two weeks out so I am up and moving
