  1. When I cheated it was with meat or a few green beans.
  2. GNC sells it, I've also ordered it from Amazon [emoji6] I've been using it since I found it in April of this year!
  3. I have always been cold and now I'm colder [emoji19]
  4. Don't sweat it, I cheated on mine however I only cheated with low carb food like a small piece of meat and some romaine lettuce[emoji6]
  5. I think that I would have ended up in the emergency room if I drove 4 hours anywhere 4 days after surgery, I hope you will not be driving alone.
  6. Why don't you try it puréed first,if your worried and then introduce small portions.
  7. Atkins blueberry Greek yogurt bars are my favorite, the chocolate chip ones are good too[emoji6]
  8. Try coldstone ice cream[emoji6]
  9. You're awesome and look GREAT! Thank you for all of your positive and uplifting words of support. You are appreciated.
  10. Never heard of it, & my surgeon did not prescribe me anything to protect my sleeve, sorry.
  11. I weighed 215 this morning. Thank you for your support.
  12. Mine has been slow too but like my doctor said today its a marathon not a sprint. Most who lose fast sadly gain it back. So I'm ok with slow:)
  13. Unflavored Genepro saved my life and I still take it [emoji6]
  14. I'm not sure if I'm still in weightloss mode or maintenance. How do you know the difference? I'd like to join the challenge I weighed 218 this morning[emoji6] I'd love to be in Onederland at the end of this challenge [emoji106] but I'm a slow loser:(
  15. My recovery was awful and if I wasn't morbidly obese I would not have done it. Make sure you continue to see your therapist and take your meds. Don't underestimate your relationship with food. Speak to your doctor. Take care, be strong.
  16. I can only say how genepro helped me. I went back 2 work 2 weeks after surgery and genepro saved my life because it was the only thing I could keep down and my blood pressure started to get better after I began to take this and I still take it.
  17. 219 and thank you[emoji6] I'll definitely keep working.
  18. Yes it's been awful my doctor had to prescribe nausea meds. Hopefully they gave you some too.
  19. I don't regret it because I let myself go too far however I do not recommend the surgery. I recommend diet and exercise, which we have to do anyway[emoji6] However I may be biased due to a hiatal hernia repair which made me take longer to heal than most. I have suffered and still suffer, it has gotten better.
