  1. I had gastric sleeve 13 months ago. I have started having nausea every morning and every night. I do fine during the day. Has anyone else had this and have you found a solution to help with the nausea?
  2. I am also in a stall. I have not lost any weight since before Christmas. I am also trying very hard to stay on track. I have gone back this week to drinking a lot of Protein shakes except for one meal per day. After 3 days of that I have still not lost anything. I had my surgery July 13th and have only lost 55 lbs. I am getting very discouraged.
  3. Thank you for the encouragement!
  4. I have eaten a few carbs like creamed potatoes but not often and not very much.
  5. I had my sleeve on July 13th and have only lost 16 pounds. I am at the end of week 7. I am very depressed by this. I hear many stories of others losing 30 - 40 pounds in this same amount of time. I know everyone is different and everyone loses in their own way but how do I get past this and get weight coming off? I am journaling everything, drinking my Water and getting in my Protein. I don't know what to do to speed it up. I am exercising some but I have a foot problem and am having surgery in 2 weeks. I am riding the bike and some small weights about 3 times a week. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
