I'm working with weights as well, may I ask what kind of protien and / or suppliments you are useing?

Hello John! Other than what the typical sleever uses.....I use creatine and fish oil. For my protein I'll stick with whey if I have a protein shake the first 2/3 of the day and if I have one in the evening it will be cassein protein.
