Thanks it's been both good and bad, mostly good. I still have a problem sometimes with getting things stuck in the band and I have been on a plateau lately, but hey I am still losing a lb a week or so. Most of the weight is now off. Just the last 30 lbs. are the hardest I think.

Just take it one day at a time. And it will happen. But remember you have to really follow all the advise of your team. Good luck
