I'm a BAAAAAD AntiChick. Just realized with the FREEZING FREAKING COLD today (Saturday started out at 72 and ended at 19, gotta love Texas) I haven't felt like drinking anything today except my protein shake. I'm going to get dehydrated and have yet another migraine if I don't down some fluids!!
Um, no. And I'm already on a migraine run for the last couple of weeks, so I'd just as soon not give the buggers any additional reasons to stop in. Already have a bottle in hand.
The last few days it's been so cold, I had the hardest time meeting my fluids as well. So much easier during the summer. You hang in there and drink up, and I will try too!
Well, you all need to move to my Paradise. Very hot start to our summer, air con and fans are running full blast. Sandals, short sleeves, flimsy clothes ... beach weather.Sending some of that heat your way
