  1. Leftover pizza from yesterday evening. This one is with pineapple.
  2. Energy expenditure and how much I ate the day before seems to be a big influence for me. When it comes to sleep... I know I'm going to crash after I've eaten when I'm tired. So after a crappy on-call-duty I tend to fast as long as possible to stay at least moderately alert.
  3. For me it seems to depend on quite a few things if I feel good on a fast or not.
  4. Did 18 h and some minutes. I was quite fine first but after 18 h I felt a bit jittery today.
  5. Maybe will do a 20 h today. Not really sure though. I'm on late shift today. I had to drive to work late last evening and wasn't back just before midnight. Fasts after a busy on-call duty are either a breeze and feel really good or I'm nervous and restless as f*ck during the fasting window. Going to try to sleep a little bit more before having to go to work I guess.
  6. That's only for the non-committed folks!
  7. Reflux and migrating band.
  8. Or stays off. Me neither. Fine, if they can cope with that even 3, 5, 10 or more years out of surgery. However, it's not for everyone. People are different.

Finally someine who agrees with me on this.
  11. Are you implying here that you don't ingest the 1253.232 kcal a day your plan says you should be eating? ?
  12. Still no chance to get about 2000 to 2500 kcal during that eating window. At least not if I don't want to gorge on nuts.
  13. Cook one time, eat three times. ?
  14. It's a mix of cashew nuts and nutritional yeast. It's the stuff in the little glass on the left site of the picture. Expensive as f*ck, but every time I tried to do a mix of it myself it simply didn't taste the same. ?
  15. How do you get enough calories in within a 4 h eating window? I find that to be impossible.
  16. I'm curious what products you'll use as a substitute. I always think it's a bit complicated (and most likely doesn't taste the same) when having to use substitutes.
  17. How long do you fast to induce autophagy? A 20 h window is supposed to have moderate autophagy benefits. Do you fast for longer?
  18. Interestingly enough my focus is way better during the fasting window, especially when at the angiography table.

Ah, sitting here in my new oversized flannel pajama while reading this, ROFL.
  20. Lates shifts are a good chance to do a 20:4 or at least an 18:6 - today I was very busy during the first hours of my shifts so 20 h was a breeze.
  21. What should be the reason one has to use whey? What about the patients who're intolerant to whey?
  22. Thank's a lot. ? I'm in a worse mood today that I'd expected to be.
