@@jademb1023 Good Luck tomorrow, and I would love to hear back from you! who is your Dr.?
@@perforce How long was the flight from Prague to UK. My flight back home will be about 5 hrs
@@ssflbelle I will make sure to ask the Doctor. I will be given a blood thinner, not sure if it will suffice. I don't think I suffer from blood clots, but I think is a very important topic that I haven't read people talk about.

Hello I am new as of today. Im from Saskatchewan Canada. I am having my surgery in Tijuana, Mexico on Jan 22 at the Mi hospital with doctor Ponce. I am on day 4 of my pre op diet(I started a week early-I think I will need it) Day after Christmas. So I definitely indulged over the holidays and am feeling quite piggish. Im not so nervous about the surgery itself but its the possible failure afterwards that scares me. Hoping to make some buddies on here as support around here is limited as far as I know. I have been looking. Excited to be a part of the group
I'm from Nova Scotia, going to the same place with Dr. Ponce!
Scheduled for the 10th. Starting to get nervous! But very excited

I really like the bulk barn chocolate whey. It does not have any of the chalky Protein Powder after taste. Taste just like what I imagine hot chocolate powder would take like lol

Hi all!
I'm getting sleeved on February 10th (next Wednesday) I as I'm sure a lot of you did, looking through blogs and posts trying to gather info on the most successful people's journey.
I have never really had much issue losing weight in the past. It is keeping it off and then adding 50 lbs to that which is my trouble.
I would like some advice from anyone willingness to give it. I have set a goal post op of 600-800 calories a day with 80g Protein and 30-40g carbs with low fat.
I've been trying to follow this for about 3 weeks now just to get in the swing of things and I find it near IMPOSSIBLE to keep my carbs under 50g's. I'm eating extremely well. The carbs are all coming from fruit and veg. What the heck am I supposed to do?!?! Any tips??

I just got back from Mexico on Saturday. It was a fantastic experience. No complaints, couldn't have been easier. I used Dr Ponce de Leon
