You can get zero cals Syrup sauce thing that you can put in and on food which might help people too. I got some from Holland and barrot but I don't know for people outside the UK and I'm sure they do other brands too.

I am so sorry to hear this[emoji53] that is very frustrating and imho that is unprofessional practices. You are working hard and you should not have to wait again. I do not understand the jelly/milk diet? Are you in the US? My weight management center does have surgical suites, but my dr does it in the hospital so his patients have the best care afterwards. I did have my egd done in the surgical suites at the weight management center.
I understand you frustration with the waiting. I went in November last year for my consultation. They told me that my insurance would require me to lose at least 5 lbs and take 6 nutrition classes with 4 weeks in between each one. I had everything done by late Feb/ early March. They told me I had to bring my cpap with me and I said I havent been using it, because it seemed to strong. They said it was too old and they couldnt download the information from it or change it. So I had to go to neurology, and they ordered a home test. It did not give them results to conclude I no longer had sleep apnea. Then I had to go for a sleep study. 2 month wait for neurology, and a 4 month wait for the sleep study. Thankfully I no longer have it! I am now my 7th day post op. It has been a long, hard and frustrating road for me, so I can not even begin to know how you feel. You are not destined to die of obesity. Keep your head up and keep trudging along! My insurance company required me to lose 5 lb and I lost 25! Strive for better days ahead! Praying for you and hoping things get better. If you have any questions or even just to vent, lmk! I am happy to try to help!

Ugh I can’t even imagine how you must feel. I’m so sorry. Don’t give up though. You’ve struggled and gone through too much. Have your day of pity (you deserve it!) and then do your very best to get this done. It sucks now but some day it’ll be a memory and behind you and you’ll be on your way to better health. But, ugh, that must’ve been crushing.

Yeah it's sugar free it might be called somthing else in the world but he we call in cordial squash or juice. It's a standard drink in the UK and the sugar free has virtually any calories. My dietation said to drink it.

I'm in the UK so my experience is a bit difrent. The US sounds like you have to do a lot of leg work and find the right things and people because here we have the nhs and its like a whole package start to finish you are refered to the bariatric team and all there care is within each other surgeons nurses dietitions psychologists everything all the teaching and stuff and all the pre work , the surgery and care within the team afterwords for 2 years then like you can see a doctor if you need help with it forever basicly. Am I getting this write or wrong bit confused. We don't choose a surgeon your just automatically given one. Appoimebts are just sent out and if not convenient you can change them. You can ring anyone at anytime. But here you have to go through all the teaching and a psychological assessment before you can be put on the waiting list then/ he waiting list is 6 to 12 months but you carry on seeing them in the mean time ever like 6 weeks. I think my team was deffenatly involved.

I'm on a 2 week one of just sugar free jelly and 3 pints of skimmed milk and sugar free drinks like tea and coffee. I'm on day 7 and I realised if I had for got to take my Vitamins I felt it more too. I would try and stick to it as much as you can I know it's hard and it feels like your body is craving and needing these things but I keep telling my self there is a reason they have asked me to do this so I need to stick to it. I thought I was going to pass out just going to the bathroom from my bedroom. Can you have more vegetable content in your broth maybe give you a bit of a kick. Low fat most of the time means they have to fill it with something else as they have taken the fat so stick more sugar in it so wont help you shrink your liver. If you do have somthing try to make sure it has naturaly accuring sugars than refined so fruit and such. Or you could try moving and getting up slower that might help to let your body a just.
