  4. im about 8 weeks post op now with Aetna pos as well did the 3 month program first visit was 1/29 last was 4/29 //surgery was june 1st did gain almost 2lbs on one visits but thank god it was by nut visit not one of my weigh ins that counted I had the following 2 nut 3 weigh ins/behavior modification( discussed food and exercise set goals) sleep study psychiatric eval upper gi blood test one meeting with surgeon Approved in 12 days then after I had leg xray more blood work ekg another nut class/preop instructions and last meeting with surgeon 2 days before Have you read aetnas clinical bulletin its on the site the number is cp0157 I am going on Aetna on January 1st, has anyone done the 3 month multi discipline or 6 month supervised dieting? What did they require that you do?
  5. search this site for the word Aetna a lot of people got approved n appeal . I was so terrified of weight gain during the process , I was on laxatives and liquids only 48 hours before each weigh in
  6. New to my fitness pal and need buddies, would love those with open food logs, and step trackers so we can push each other. My 6 weeks post op diet is over but ive still not tried anything new would love new ideas add me: Womanvsmirror
  7. thank you and I should bring the number down , and im sure I will be a slow loser with only 50lbsto go t reach my first goal. I think that as much as I try not to I compare journeys even though I know mine wont be identical to anyone else. Soe of my fellow 6/1 sleevers have dropped double in a month, but they may also have more to loose. I should call my nut for guidance
  8. ok so im not stressed about the stall since I have got rid of my scale, but what finally broke your stall? I hear rumor that increasing calories will do so if you are not eating enough. And am I being unreal at trying to set a monthly goal since my body is still adjusting? 1 month out . I lost 17lbs the first month and want to aim for 20 lbs more before my next visit (7/29). Maybe im being irrational? I didn't gain 37 lbs in 2 moths so I guess I should not expect to loose them in that time frame either? I think im just ready to see some body changes. everything fits the same and the 31 lbs lost since jan have not been enough to be seen by me or anyone else .
  9. Set hourly goals. And alarms Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  10. Talk to me ? how are we feeling? how much did you loose? stalling? angry or nice sleeve? did anyone have that buyers remorse? are we happy ? back at work? I want to know it all if you are willing to share that is. Me: feeling good,21lbs since surgery 50 to my first goal, stall? F*ck yeah, sleeve gives me no issue just trying to learn to eat slow , have not had a regret stage yet, happy I am post op wish I had lost more. This is the end of my first week back at work, I miss taking naps .

  17. I said that its not this site alone. I doesn't hundreds of hours searching, but i now understand why.. But people will vent to strangers when it's going bad, go figure Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  18. So good to hear.. I love when this isn't traumatizing i think a lot of people back out when they can't see happy endings anywhere Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  19. Oh yeah I'm not going to the bathroom as much as I should I actually had to take some Miralax just to have my first bowel movement Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  20. When i was on the pre-op side i was on the site daily. And always found not just here but on other sites as well, its very easy to locate stories with complications but not as easy to find the one's with out. Now i know why, people just live. When they don't have problems they normally don't have many questions. But i think it does leave a lot of sites very one sided. So even though its early for me i am going to try to post more. Cause so far so good. I stopped taking pain meds 4 days out started driving the same time. the only issue i can say is getting my 64 oz., but its not an issue of pain or nausea , more like poor time management . Ill be going back to work in 2 weeks so i think that i will be very helpful with keeping a schedule, i will update as i go.
  21. I'll be ready to update tomorrow I think I was supposed to start my full liquid yesterday but I'm going to wait until after my first weigh-in tomorrow and I get my Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
