Stall breaking and monthly goals

ok so im not stressed about the stall since I have got rid of my scale, but what finally broke your stall? I hear rumor that increasing calories will do so if you are not eating enough. And am I being unreal at trying to set a monthly goal since my body is still adjusting? 1 month out . I lost 17lbs the first month and want to aim for 20 lbs more before my next visit (7/29). Maybe im being irrational? I didn't gain 37 lbs in 2 moths so I guess I should not expect to loose them in that time frame either? I think im just ready to see some body changes. everything fits the same and the 31 lbs lost since jan have not been enough to be seen by me or anyone else .

i am not proposing that i have answer because I am only over 6 weeks out...For the year I have lost 50 pounds. I was looking to set a goal for the rest of the year. I was looking at realistic goal of 30 pds. This is only 5 pounds a month. I am looking for a stretch goal of 40 and addition stretch of 50. As far as setting a monthly goal, I think it may be good to give you something to strive for but just be careful not to beat yourself up over it. I am a firm believer in SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely). I think 20 pounds in a month may be a little ambitious but I am losing quite slow. :(

thank you and I should bring the number down , and im sure I will be a slow loser with only 50lbsto go t reach my first goal. I think that as much as I try not to I compare journeys even though I know mine wont be identical to anyone else. Soe of my fellow 6/1 sleevers have dropped double in a month, but they may also have more to loose. I should call my nut for guidance

So I have lost a total of 19lbs since my surgery 6/13 and have been at the same 208 plus minus 1lb for like 6 days I'm on puree get all my protein shakes and I eat 3-4 times puree a day I walk almost everyday and I'm about to start the gym because I'm trying to reduce as much extra skin as possible but I too want a goal I think 60lbs more for me and I would be satisfied just can't wait to get there and hope that my stall goes away
