I have browsed this sight before my surgery found it helpful? now that i am 4 months post surgery i find myself coming to this site more often love seeing everyone's story's and input on there journey. now i think its time to share mine with everyone. i am 30 years old and have five kids i started struggling with my weight after my fourth kid and was unhappy with myself but still didn't do anything about it. I stated diets but never completed my goal. I hated looking in the mirror or shopping for my self. I work in the medical field and wear scrubs everyday that was a good way for me to hide my weight. On weekends I will hated dressing up because I knew I did not look good in what i was wearing. Now 4mths post surgery and loving my results it was very hard at first adjusting to small meals and getting my family to eat like me but now i have it packed down. I wouldn't have it any other way. I can not wait to reach my goal weight and look the way i looked in grade school :P
