Hi, I am booked for a MGB Feb 12th. My surgeon (Gold Coast Australia) only requires 2 weeks of an Optifast diet (Protein type shakes) prior to surgery. Purpose primarily to shrink the liver to make surgery easier as the liver sits in the way
