Good luck it's 8 weeks out for me. Make sure you walk a lot I'm the hospital and when you get home! You will have a lot of gases in you stomach and shoulders and it hurts worse than the surgery. Walking is the only thing that helped me. No one tells you this, but it's been really hard but it's worth it down the road!!

I drank the same Protein before surgery, I'm going to try it without the milk. I've been sinking the Premier Protein and there very tasty.

Vomitimg and unable to drink as much liquid as I am suppose to. to.I ended up dehydrated. Be careful you do not get dehydrated, it can cause you to get very sick. Keep me informed . Are you still vomiting?
