Any tips on what to drink besides water and suger free koolaid?

Arizona green tea zero is quite yummy. It does have caffeine so you'll have to up your Water intake a bit. But if you only have one about every day or every other day it should be okay. I only drink about half a can a day. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
