    So I had the last of my 6 nutrition appointments yesterday!! Next they'll submit to the insurance and then i'll meet with the surgeon to schedule my surgery!!

    I met with the financial counselor last week. My insurance requires me to do 6 months on a medically supervised weightloss program, I was kind of bummed but now not so much because I have 6 months to save for my out of pocket.

      The other positive is that 6 months allows you to make changes to your habits now so that you are ready when the time comes. Also it goes much faster than you think! Good luck!

      You think its a really long time, but it is truly a short time! By Christmas you will have lost so much weight.. You also have a lot of pre-tests to get done, which will take up some of the time!
