    So sad

Let him know that this is a tool for weight loss much like going to the gym and weight watchers. There is no easy way about it. And when your body normalizes to where you can workout then he can watch you do it the hard way then.

    Low BMI VSG topics?

Is there a low bmi forum? I'm starting to feel guilty for not having a higher bmi. Feel like nerves are getting to me and I haven't even booked my surgery

    Low BMI VSG topics?

I'm so glad I found this forum! I'm currently 30 bmi. I have T2 diabetes and I want to get my sleeve Mar 2016. This gives me hope I can still do it with a lower bmi
  6. Thank you for this information. It's exactly why I'm doing the gastric sleeve. I have T2 diabetes and my bmi is 32. This is the 3 or 4 time I've read evidence supporting the use of veg as a tool to decrease bmi and help lower A1c levels. I will be referring family and friends when they say I don't need to do this.
