  1. I was gonna use Doctor Tuggle as well but went with Dr. Duncan. When was everybody surgery date?

  3. It's called GENEPRO...I love it so far. On another hand I hope you feel better soon as well. Everybody is different when having this surgery. I've heard so many different stories...me myself I think it was pretty good...I didn't have a lot of pain and I feel normal now at 14days post-op. Walk,walk,walk that should help with some pain. GOODLUCK????

  7. No the milk is not the issue because I drink the same milk as a snack. I'm trying a different protein shake tomorrow that's tasteless. Hopefully everything works out.
  8. Hey Belinda, It took an entire week and one day then it just changed over night. I had energy and I didn't have to use my meds anymore.
  9. I had a wonderful Doctor as well. My doctor is Titus Duncan with the Peachtree Surgical Bariatrics.
  10. Stomach cramps...nausea. I was on the verge of vomiting.
  11. I feel much better now...except I can't eat yogurt or my protein shakes. I haven't got much protein since the surgery.

  13. I'm doing okay, I can't keep the protein shake down. I just tried some yogurt with 12g of protein in it and my sleeve did not agree. How about you?

  17. I actually didn't have any nausea...only problem I'm encountering is the gas pain. Congratulations on the January surgery!!! You will not regret it.
  18. Surgery was a breeze...I felt very comfortable. I stayed overnight at the hospital. I don't have much pain either
  19. I hate auto correct ...I meant a couple of sips
  20. Oh my it was a challenge. I had a 2 day liquid diet before surgery that was horrible...lol...now it's super easy because I get full off a coupon dips of Water. I struggle with getting 64oz of liquid daily. I can't sleep like I use to and the gas is horrible but other than that it's wonderful. I have a great support system. My family and friends have been here for me. I think you will do fine and you will love how the pounds just keep falling off.
