I've decided I'm never going to miss a "Transformation Tuesday" again. it keeps me focused on what i'm doing, what i'm trying to accomplish and reminds me where i came from. im still a work in progress but everyday i get closer.

I started at about the same stats as you in December. Sw 229 CW 173. You've done great and I hope I follow in your footsteps! Any advice?

I'm in. I'm going with a goal of 160. Right now, I'm at 175, but I'll post actual on 4/4. Thanks for doing another one! These keep me motivated and I actually look forward to weighing on Mondays...that's crazy!!

I have IBS w/ Constipation, too. I was on Linzess before surgery, but my dr and I decided to stop it for surgery to see if I could go without it. Now, I'm struggling to get regular. He wants me doing Miralax once a day and Citrucel once a day plus plenty of liquids. It is helping, but still not daily or even close!

I wanted to take a moment to give you all an update on this challenge.
28 people reached goal, 14 people came within 3 lbs of goal, 1 person this week reached goal and Onederland, 1 person this week reached Onederland! @@Kspot42 had the highest % of weight loss with 12.49%!!!! During this challenge we lost a total of 1,139.3 lbs!
Great job to everyone! You all did great!
I know some of us were stuck in a stall but we will get this back and hit our goal at our next challenge! The Easter challenge starts on 2/22 -3/28 please look up a few posts to find the link! Hope to see your name on the next spreadsheet!

Picture with Randy Fenoli was taken on April 25 2015, the day after my initial consultation with the surgeon.
Picture with the football player was taken yesterday (3 months after surgery) after losing 49 pounds

I had my 3 month checkup today with my surgeon.... He was very supportive, said he was blown away when he saw me.
Everything went well, they don't do labwork until 6 months out, so he asked a lot of questions about what I am eating, exercise, how I feel and such.
I did mention that my appetite has returned, and I am eating 5 small meals a day. So he told me to order Optimized Saffron to help control it. He said people swear by it, including his wife. We will see!!!
I have lost 49 pounds in 3 months.... Pretty good for a Low BMI'er.... I thought it would be slower. I am lucky, haven't had any stalls, pain, gas, nausea the entire time.
