Anyone with strict protein only diet?

Every Dr. is different in what they want. Mine is Water and Protein first then anything else, but I can have other things. Right now though protein is about all that will fit. -
I take potassium twice a day. I would call you dr and let them know, there are many options to try.

I also had a three month waiting period. I used the time to go to group, work on my low carb diet and prepare mentally as well as physically. I found it went by fairly fast but now I wouldn't trade that time for the world. Remember either way this is a marathon not a sprint.

You are normal, everything you are going through is normal. I wish oh how I wish I had this opportunity at your age or even 10 years ago. You will have so many more memories with your child and more for yourself. It's not an easy process as you have found out and you will earn every pound, there is no shame in that!! -

Get back to what you know to do and just keep on trucking. There are chips with Protein you might try. I'm stalled right now and am embracing the heck out of it. I stalled lost 2 pounds and gained 2 pounds and lost 2 pounds. LOL You might deconstruct the snickers and see if your craving the peanuts or something else.

I feel sometimes when your on the right path something always tries to get in your way. The devil, bad vibes whatever you believe or don't it's like a test. What Is Your Biggest Fear?

I have typed and erased this twice. Regaining is a huge fear and this making my heart worse is another. So far all readings are good for my heart so good to go. Regaining is something I try not to think about because I cannot control that far out. All I can do is live day by day and choose to do the correct thing. I'm trying not to let either fear ruin enjoying today. -
I have a bum heart so my decision was based on the medication and how it is absorbed so rerouting anything was not an option.

I have medications I cannot miss, I was allowed to take specific ones that morning and was back on everything that evening. I think I was almost as worried about this as the surgery itself, one of my meds if you miss more than a dose you have to go inpatient to get back on. I took one pill at a time, took time between and everything went down fine no pain or anything.

Had my sleeve 12/21/15, I don't have cable so it was crazy!!! I'v been watching hulu and every other commercial is about Oprah and how much she likes bread. lol I miss being able to pause or forward through those things.- 1 reply

fat_free said it all. I had too much Soup, broth, and yogurt on hand, our church food pantry is stocked up now. I did great with the sugar free pudding and Jello, but your taste buds are insane. -
