I agree...I used Brolin, not so happy with my after care and the fact that thw staples have left me with ugly permenant scares. DOBRUSKIN is my Dr. now and I think she is great. -
I am almost 4 weeks post op and I still have major gas. When does it stop????

I had surgery on December 3. Everything went well, but the GAS. I thought that I was having a heart attack. Since being home I am having alot of cravings. I still have not been able to enjoy the protein shakes or bullets. I have tried Premier vanilla and new whey fruit punch. I am maintaining though and this site has really helped me to understand this lifestyle change even more.

Im doing good. I get my staples out today. The gas is still a factor, but walking and GasX strips really help. -

@hadsolo...Every person is different, but after my surgery I had a great deal of gas and all they told me was to walk. When I went home I used the Gas X strips. I am better now with the gas pain but I still have gas. -

It's good to know that someone else is experiencing the same things as me. I just can't wait to see my surgeon on Friday. Perhaps the next step of foods will be better. Do you have staples or stitches. I have staples.
