I am on day 15 and yesterday I had similar reaction. After taking my multivitamin (which I previously had no issues with) I started to feel sick. All day! I dry heaved last night. Can't stand smells, I feel a little better today - haven't taken the multi vitamin yet. I had some water, 2 oz of protein shake and went and got a sugar free slurpee. Gonna go back to bed for a while and see how I feel.

I haven't had surgery yet - July 28 (yay) but my surgeon said 10 days post op, not strenuous, he said it's one of the best things to do for your skin as well as for exercising. Sent from my KFTT using the BariatricPal App -

My insurance requires 6 months of classes, so won't be done with that until June 2nd. Hoping for early July surgery, but my 50th bday is May 24th. Oh well it will be a belated gift to myself!
