Clothing Sizes: What do they even mean anymore?!?!?

    Protein bars

I wasn't allowed protein bars until 6 weeks out. I know programs are different. Can you tolerate yogurt? You could always add powder to yogurt for protein. But, the Oh Yeah! One bars are softer than other protein bars and are really good.

    Fashion advice

I think a bright color one would be good! Add a pop of color. I wore a nave dress to a wedding I went to this summer and wore hot pink shoes for color

    Protein drink suggestions please

I could barely stomach protein drinks after surgery. I drank lots of milk. Not sure what's available, but there's various protein water out there. Isopure makes some but they can be pricey. I make my own protein shakes where they taste like milkshakes otherwise I wouldn't be able to stomach them.
  18. I was a regular coke drinker. I had to quit cold turkey. No other way for me.

    "Powerful Yogurt"

I like the Powerful Yogurt drink. I found it in Walmart also. Tastes like a yoo-hoo to me.

    "She's blushing!"

I work for a similar size company. I didn't tell anyone, but they figured it out. They were supportive of it. There have been others that have had it in the past and one lady was considering it, but has been able to lose weight without it.

    Look what I found!

I love their stuff too! I found this one at Office Depot
  24. I had my surgery through him. He did fine and I haven't had any problems, but I wouldn't go there again if only because of the hospital staff during my stay. The nurses forgot about me on multiple occasions while I had vomited and one point (finally) came in the room and asked why I was still in the chair. I told them nobody had come to help me back into bed. It was the first night, so I was still weak. I know of someone that had theirs at Baptist and they highly recommend them. My insurance doesn't cover St. Francis anymore, so I didn't go to my 1 year post op.

    First Time Dating... Ever

I was the same way! I started dating in March. it's been fun go see what's out there and to go on dates. Nothing has stuck yet, but it's fun trying!! I've never brought up surgery or anything. I just say I eat healthy and work out just general stuff. Now if it goes anywhere I would, but nothing has yet.
