I had my surgery at the end of October weighing 263. The first month I lost 20 pounds but I have not lost any since. I am at 241. It's depressing knowing I've gone a whole month and not lost anything. Any suggestions? Debating on trying phentermine for a boost.

I have no energy, and I have not been losing much weight. I actually gained three pds in two days. I don't know why either. I am drinking nothing but water and eating hardly nothing. When I am eating it's a little at a time and healthy. Phentermine will give me the energy I need.

Has anyone drank diet caffeine free soda? I need something different?

Has any one ever took phentermine after sleeve and if so how far out wad you?
