I made the decision not to tell anyone , Only My wife and children know besides My health care providers . It is a double edge sword cause on one hand I dont have to deal with everyones needless opinions . The other hand I have minimal people to share my experiences with. I will tell more people when I feel ready but for now I don't regret my decision.

Hello everyone , I am wondering what everyone uses as their protein supplement . I just can't do the shakes , I had no problem pre-sugery but post app I just can't seem to choke them down. Its a mix of how over sweet they are plus the thickness of the shakes . The best option I have found is the Isopure zero carb premade drinks but the cost is terrible . The best price Ive found is 40 dollars at GNC if you join their 15 dollar club. Any ideas would be great!
