    Puréed food ideas

    Was so glad to started the puréed foods stage - was getting quite sick of liquids! I've been having thick soups for this so I've been trying different variations everyday. So far I've had red lentil Soup, potato and celery, butternut squash and sweet potato, broccoli and cauliflower. I tried mashed potatoes yesterday but I feel like it was a bit too heavy for me.. Three spoons in and I felt a weight on my chest! But yoghurt has been working a treat so that's my go to thing now.
  2. Gahhhh, the itching is driving me crazy too. I tend to just lightly tickle myself and it tends to help a little. I had my surgery on the 21st of October and have already been back at work for a week. It hurt like crazy and I hate the stairs even more now, but I'm the kind of person that simply cannot stay home. Already getting a bunch of compliments on how much "slimmer" I look but I'm waiting till Tuesday for my first 2 week weigh in to actually see it on the scales.

  4. This is crazy - I had the exact same story and did my op in Amman with Dr Khrais on the 21st. Only down side is I didn't have anyone with me and felt kinda alone in this. Hope you're feeling better now, and that you're starting to see the difference like I am! *hugs*
