You can do it!!! I had only dropped 4lbs during the first 9 Days of the pre-op.. I weighed myself yesterday and I've lost 10 lbs since day one of pre-op diet.

How's everyone doing?? I can't believe it's actually getting easier each day! I thought the 4 days of clear liquid would be harder than the previous... But it's been way easier! I appreciate all the advice and encouragement!! Good luck and blessings to all those getting sleeved this week! 2 more sleeps for me! Extremely excited and nervous.... Anyone else having crazy dreams??

Clear Liquids tomorrow and surgery at 7:30am Tuesday morning, 11/17! Can't believe it's finally here! While I am a surgery pro at this point and know what to expect pre-op, things got very real for me this weekend and I am a little nervous to say the least. Here's to hoping everything goes as planned!

SO happy for you! My surgery is this Thursday, 11/19/15 & I'm right with you...so excited to finally "be here" after all of the appointments, tests, evaluations...Let the HEALTHY begin!

Hello everyone,
My surgery is tomorrow ????I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. As I sit here packing my bag all I can think about is how my life is about to change for the better and about all the things I have missed out on due to my size. After tomorrow I will not let anything hold me back from doing anything that I want to do.

I'm on day 8 of my pre-op diet... I can't lie and say I haven't cheated.. I did at least 4 of the 8 days... With veggie Soup, or just some veggies(one meal on those days) I Pray it doesn't effect my surgery.. I do very well all day until around 4-5pm and I'm starving! I try drinking Water, getting another shake but like I said there have been days I gave in and ate something solid! Not unhealthy solid though! But it concerns me due to straying from my doctors orders! I applaud all who never strayed and got through it. In two more days it will be Clear Liquids ONLY and I'm reading more and more to motivate me and prepare me!! Thx for allowing me to share!! I've come too far to give in now!!
Question... Anybody have severe gas/diarrhea during their pre-op?? Is this normal or should I be concerned?
