  1. Hi. In having the same problem with food. While in theory everything looks and smells good, I am not able to eat more than 2 bites without feeling like I've eaten a horse. Getting most of my nutrients via supplements and protein shakes. On a good morning, I am able to eat one half of a boiled egg. My reflux is terrible and I have been suffering with nausea for the past week.
  2. Hi. Surgery on 8/31 and I am down 22lbs. Eating regular food with protein being top priority. Barely eating 4oz of food at any meal, so I am supplementing with protein shakes. Walking and stationary bike 45 - 60 minutes at least 5 days/week. Last week I worked out all 7 days. breakfast - 20 oz coffee with protein (46 oz) Mid morning snack - 1/2 boiled egg Lunch - 16 oz protein shake with almond milk (46 oz protein) Dinner - 10 seedless grapes, one grilled chicken tender
